I can't log in
What to try in order.
- Make sure your email is confirmed. If you've just signed up, check your inbox for the confirmation email. You can't log in until you click that link.
- Reset your password. The login page has a Forgot your password? link.
- Check that your account isn't suspended. If you've been temporarily suspended by Getwello, you'll see a notice telling you that. Email hello@getwello.co.uk to discuss.
- Try a different browser, or open an incognito window. Browser extensions can sometimes interfere.
